(More customer reviews)I am not sure why others are having issues with this headset. I have had them for two weeks now. I was able to sync with my iPod Touch and my Blackberry 8830 within a few minutes. Phone calls are nice and clear, music is also good. I used the headset for an international call for over an hour and had no problems, no drops, no noise, just good clear sound. One thing I did not expect was that the phone call come through both earpieces. So I was able to use them both, block out unwanted noises and concentrate on the call.
I have looked for a solution like this for a while now. I was never big on the Borg look of having an earpiece in your ear all day when there are no calls. This headset is just there, waiting for use. When I need it, or my phone rings I just pop it in my ear and away I go. I few times the unit was off when the phone rang and I was able to turn it on, let it sync and still have time to answer the call.
In my opinion this is the perfect solution for bluetooth connection.
