(More customer reviews)From sites such as [...], I wanted to note that these are apparently the same IEMs as the well-reviewed Denon C700, with some accessories (extension headphone cord, case) included.I would suggest reading reviews for the Denon C700 here and on headfi to aid in your decision.
At the current time the C751s with included accessories are selling for less than the C700, so check the prices for both and choose accordingly.
I will add further details on my impressions on this model (compared to my current Senn CX300) after I have had some more time to evaluate them.

Now that I've had a chance to try the Denon C751 headphones for an extended period, I have to say that I am quite happy with them and recommend them highly for those who prefer the sound signature they provide (see details below).
Build quality - excellent.The phones themselves are made of machined aluminum and appear relatively sturdy for their light weight.The cord is also more substantial than that on some portable headphones I have seen.The cord itself is a "Y" configuration (left and right the same length).The cord is only about 20" long but is supplied with a 35" extension cord (this differs from the C700 which had a longer "main" cord but no extension).I personally like this setup, but of course YMMV.
Sound - First off, THESE MUST HAVE A LONG BURN-IN PERIOD before they reach their potential.On first listen the midrange and lower treble is very forward to the point of being harsh, esp. on material that has a lot of midrange to begin with.After 20 hours or so of burn-in the midrange and lower treble softened up quite a bit.
If fitted properly (this is essential for any IEM), the bass is deep but tight (no boom-boom like my previous pair of Sennheiser CX300s); devoted "bass heads" may want to look elsewhere, however.The midrange and lower treble is still forward but quite listenable, and does an excellent job with vocals.And though my ears are getting a bit old to hear upper treble frequencies, I don't hear anything objectionable in these headphones.These remind me a bit of my Senn HD-595s, though the Denons are still bit more forward-sounding.
Fit - OK at best with the stock plugs.I had a bit of difficulty getting a good seal with any of the stock Denon plugs.This problem was solved by replacing the plugs with those from my old Senn CX300s.Other people (on [...]) suggest Sony or Comply plugs.
Other stuff - The C751 comes with a small zippered case if you case about such things.Microphonics (hearing your footsteps or breathing while wearing IEMs) is present but less noticeable than on my previous CX300s.Due to the ported / open design of the Denons, isolation is not as complete as for other IEMs; someone sitting next to you in a very quiet room *may* be able to hear what you are listening to, and some outside sounds will be evident.
Conclusion - highly recommended.I'm sticking with fours stars due to the burn-in requirement, forward sound that may not appeal to all, mediocre plugs provided.
