I have owned these for about 2 years now.I use them for comfortable isolation in my work office (lots of noisy open cubes).I prefer these for the office application for the ease of putting them on and taking them off.

I also use Shure E4C in-ears...I have to use the foam inserts for these, so they are hard to insert.

Downside is that they are a bit bulky and heavy, and can be hot during the summer months. Also, they are not the most portable headphones, but they are sturdy. The cable is also long and sturdy.

Overall, I am pleased, but would like less boomy bass, more isolation (-30dB isn't enough!)The top end is fairly clear, not harsh or muffled, and not fatiguing for long hours of listening.Sounds good on everything from classical to prog rock to jazz.
