(More customer reviews)I have to also disagree with the one "reviewer" who hated these earphones.One assumes that if you are willing to spend over $150 for a pair of earphones you would take the time to understand how to use them.The one downside to these earphones is that you need to take 10 minutes to understand how to insert them into your ear.I did that 6 years ago with my original pair and fell in love.There are also videos on the Etymotic site to help you with inserting the earphones. The isolation is second to none and if inserted correctly you get the proper amount of base.BTW, I am still using my original pair several times a week with no issues.
