(More customer reviews)I bought the Shure SE310MPA - Black Sound Isolating Stereo Headset a few months ago and have been quite pleased with the sound quality and comfort of the earbuds.
However, as far as the headset is concerned, they are virtually useless.On the iPhone with the earbuds / microphone that comes with the iPhone, I get great sidetone when talking.They don't fit my ear very well which is why I bought a replacement.But the Shure microphone does not give any sidetone through the earbuds.Why this may be hard to do I don't understand and after spending a considerable amount of time with their support I still did not get a very good answer.
I am a pilot and am used to hearing myself speaking through the headset on every transmission and the inability to do that means this headset is useless for me in talking on the iPhone.Still works good for listening to music, podcasts, audible books, etc.
